ffirst that the fremen of the mistery of Bakers shalbe
a perpetuall body corporate by the name of the Mr
Wardens and comminaltie of the same mistery /
Item that they may haue a common halle to assemble together
Item that they may impleade & be ympleaded /
Item that they make ordinaunces and rules not
repugnant to the lawes of this Realme for the better
goverment of the said misery /
Item that they may chose euery yere a master &
ffoure wardens /
Item that they may haue licence to purchase landes
to the value of fortie poundes by yere not holden in
Capite nor by knightes seruice ouer and aboue the
Landes and liberties whiche they nowe haue /
Item that none of the said corporacion shalbe
sworne in Juries or assises /
Item that for the better order in the same mistery
the said Mr and wardens shall haue the searche
and correccion of the defaultes committed by the
said mistery aswell within london as withoute &
within three miles rounde aboute london (The
Cittie of Westinster and the liberties thereof
onelie excepted)
